Mental Health Week 2021
Mental Health Week ran from 10th-14th May this year and the theme was nature. We celebrated all week by being outside in the glorious weather. We walked down the canal and lay in the grass to appreciate the sounds of the birds and the trees. We played outside and laughed in the sunshine and we watched the raindrops fall down the window on a wet afternoon session. We all agreed that being in touch with nature made us feel calmer and made us smile.
